How Long Does it Take to Process an Order?

We know how excited you are, and we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Custom tees generally take 5-10 business days to fulfill, while ready to ship items will only take 1-2 days. Please be mindful that if you order any pre-order items in the same order as any ready to ship items, everything will be held until all pieces of the order are able to be fulfilled. If you need the ready to ship items quickly, please create separate orders so they are not delayed. Remember that we are a team of humans, and mistakes can be made on occasion. Please notify us if anything about your order is unsatisfactory. 

 

What About Shipping?

Once an order is processed and fulfilled, your order will be delivered to our local post office the following day. We are not in the business of making money on shipping, however, with the temporary increase in shipping costs because of the holidays, there will be a $7 flat rate shipping fee. If your order is over $100 we will ship your order for free. [no code is necessary for the free shipping. It will automatically be deducted once your cart hits the $100 pre-tax threshold]

 

Can I Pick Up My Order?

We understand that some of our customers are local and would rather pick up their order and save on shipping. We are more than happy to arrange a time and pickup location for delivery. Please keep in mind that we, just like you, have crazy and busy lives. Getting your order to you in person may take a few extra days as we coordinate a time that works for both of us. If you are close enough in proximity to us, this option should automatically appear as a delivery option. If it doesn't please contact us to let us know. If you choose this option at checkout we will be notified of your choice, but please email us to set up a pick up time. When emailing please be sure to include your order number and name.
