Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!

If you aren't completely satisfied with your product, we want a chance to make it right! You will haveĀ 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange. You may return your product for store credit, or exchange for a different size.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please send us an email at quinnybeeboutique@gmail.com with your invoice number, reason for return, and if you would like store credit, or if you would like to exchange the item for a different size (dependent on availability). Please do not just send any items back without notifying us first. We need to know that it's coming so the credit goes to the correct customer.
  2. If you are not local, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. You will mail your return item back to PO BOX 1585, Tomball, TX 77377.
  4. Once we have received your item we will process your return or exchange.

Additional Information:

If for some reason your item gets lost on its way to you:

  • Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they are able to figure out what is going on.
  • Let us know that you haven't received it so we can do what we can to help you.
  • While we do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged once they are in the hands of the postal service, we do want to make sure our customers are happy so we will do what we can to make it right.
